I had a similar problem involving emails. They just wouldn't send the verification email to my old email (even though it's working) and I had to change it.

3. I was scammed sometime late last night. How can i get my items back, and have the user irisistable x banned from our world?

Is better never give password to someone you don't know. Even they promise. They can't give you gems and stuff like that. They just want your rares.
