Unable to gift and shop on the markerplace
I am unable to gift players and shop or trade on the markertplace. Notices pop up saying i am currently not available to gift. Help?? What do I do to fix this D:

Not Allowed to log into my account?
I tried logging in my account but it says I am not allowed to log in to my account? What can I do to log in? Help?
