Hi!
I have a problem with the account. Because I moved to another city, it tells me I need to check my email address to continue. I can't take any action on my account ... :(
When I check my email address, I get the message: "OOPPS .." and nothing else ..

  hello,

  from what i have read in some previous discussions,  the verify process, with the app, works only on mac-os systems, so the only solution is to find someone with a mac who can help you with the verify process. with windows os you will have always this "oops..." issue.

  Much like what Elize has said, currently only macOS systems are able to verify computers. Windows is graced with not being able to, possibly due to poor QA testing, or lack thereof.

  Welp, I don't have a friend with a macOS system nor do I own one. So I'm technically screwed huh? :(

  Not exactly.

  There are plenty of ourWorld servers on Discord that have people who are able to process verification emails to get people back to using their accounts like normal. I am one of those people.
