Hey! I have been away from the game for a few years, decided to check it again. I tried to purchase gems, however when I click on the gems menu, nothing actually happens. Then I tried to purchase a resident, since I don't remember from where, I went to my appearance, selected a resident color for my hair, it said I need residence and to buy it, I need to click "here" upon clicking on the option, I am just kept in a infinite loading screen and I have to force close the game and log in again if I want to get rid of the message.
So, does someone know, how to fix this?
