This has been my problem since the beginning on Windows. I tried looking to see if others are having same/similar issues but haven't gotten any answers yet. I'm unable to even reach the homepage because this error shows up even when my Network Connection is stable and Internet is working completely fine. Please look into it and help me.
I tried from my other laptop which was already upgraded to Windows 10 but I couldn't verify the laptop so I just updated to Windows 10. I'll give it another go now. Thank you very much :)
Okay so I tried that on my PC but it didn't work. However, it worked on another laptop BUT now the issue is that the laptop isn't verified due to which I am unable to trade/sell any item. Is there a way around this issue?

If your account isn't verified, you'll get the message pop-up that asks you to verify. Sometimes it'll work, other times it will give the "Oops" error.
Another way to verify your account is by updating your Security Email in your account settings.
Verify everything is how you want and click "Submit". After that, go through the normal verification process and see if that works.
