Today I logged in and a large group of random people were there a user said on his screen I'm in his condo but on mine I'm in my own.

Jolena That's a glitch, most likely because of the client. I was on the web and bunch of people using the client showed up in there.

They publicly announced the removal of the ourWorld webpage by the end of 2020 via an in-game message. They want to keep the webpage version up as long as they possibly can, I would assume. I don't know what or whom you over heard from, but... unless it came from the devs themselves, don't believe everything you're told.
As far as the "free gems" are concerned, you can currently (I believe) earn Gems via offers on the webpage version for the time being, just like how you've always been able to.

Shimmers This glitch happened to me too, where there are many people in my condo even though it is locked. Is the staff aware of it?
