When will we have an update?

Ok, so hear me out...

I know a lot of people have been talking on and off about the future of ourworld. But my question is, when will we have an update? 

They never really sent any of us mail explaining the client app was now available (i didn't at least). 

They just pushed it out and never answered any questions like Zoe's/Res. I feel so left in the dark. 

So, i know theirs rumors going around that the x eyes face tattoo is going to be the oct freebie, and we wont be having trick or treating (which im honestly heart broken about). But-- does anyone know WHEN we will get mail on these sort of things?? I think at best we deserve an update soonish

  I agree we need to know about the res/zoe thing because if I cant buy gems I cant buy my zoes passes to be able to trade and sell on the Marketplace. And thats why I play. Please someone answer?

  OurWorld still has to explain how they will deal with the issue of Residency and Zoe's Club. However they did mention bringing in an alternative option. This alternative option may very well be the replacement of Residency and Zoe's Club with the likes of VIP from VegasWorld. Instead of having 2 seperate memberships co-existing, they're very likely to simply leave one or alternatively implement VIP to replace it.

  Currently there's no notion of what they will do, we only know some of their words, and all else is speculation until we get an actual clarification to the current status of the issue.

  They may as well make people permanent Residents and Zoe's club members if they're considering to scrap the monthly membership idea anyway.

  They kept saying they might do the permanent thing, but still nothing on that.
