Hello OurWorld Staff/Members. Can I just have a response for my problem that I submitted it ages ago? I have been trying to verify my account through a new e-mail because I no longer have access to the real one and it's been a month now for my first ticket and from my first attempt to change it with the 2 day policy I have to wait to get the e-mail. But I never got the email and I never got the response on my ticket for the help. What's wrong with the staff and why are they so lazy? take care of your game for once

fortcraft I would like to say that I have been having the problem for two months without any response, if what you say is true that yeah the christmas time is busy but for the duration of two months total ignore? yeah right

But no really, oW is understaffed. Most resources that flowPlay have goes on Vegas World since it's a more popular game. Honestly I say just hold on a bit longer.
but can I ask if you can still access the game on the account you're having trouble with?

All these email changes should be handled by some program not some rando people sending out verification codes to new emails.
And if it is run by people, flow play should be seriously reconsider their business model...

Carrie2 I know you are upset about you're email not working but you should never take things out on other people it gets you nowhere in life. They are not lazy people and you should never post anything you will regret posting.

Taunt Imagine after years of playing the game and the only actual living part of the game (trading) was just stripped from you for no reason. You say it's easy to complain about things, but it's also easy to respond to one simple support ticket. You say that like he should DO something about it as if he hasn't already done everything in his power. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE watching people defend this sort of treatment of the community. Literally 0 form of transparency. I'm sure they were quick to not allow him to trade but not quick to stop his ourworld membership that's literally USELESS without email verification. They don't care about the community, and it's pretty obvious. Hope the OP isn't paying for membership until this is resolved, maybe if enough people face this problem and stop giving them money they'll realize they should maybe check up on the game. It seems easy to complain when it's NOT you, but it's actually pretty hard to complain about a company you've trusted for years just randomly going incognito the one time you've really needed their help.

Leave Me Alone Pretty much they are lazy i had a problem to get my email and password change and get my other account back. They asked to use my second account to get my previous account back, but they never say anything to me after i said "I'm using my alt account and the email I use every day" and they just closed my request saying "solved" but clearly not! its been 6 months or so and they never helped me a single thing.

Carrie2 They are not lazy girl if you do not like their service then you shouldn't play the game. I can tell you right now girl you have issues and think the game only revolves around you I said the staff will get to you eventually you need to wait for them to get to your request.

The person that threatened you saying you will get banned by her mom who works for the staff is a lie completely she hers that yo ucan do is just block them.elfr stuff people have said to you in game but the best thing again could get banned for threatening too have you banned. She has no power what so ever too do such things like that. I apologize for any other thing people have said to you the best thing again is to just block those people.

Taunt Yes Matthew, one. As far as i'm concerned from looking at the forums there's not a lot of people having this issue, so if it's not one it's a very little number above that. You just quote me but have no actual information to say other than that i'm having a breakdown? If that isn't what they're doing than what would you say it is? they just don't feel like it for the past month? Ok. imonlyababy Imo I agree w/ both sides but it's still, ultimately, Ourworld being a poor website bc there really shouldn't be just 1 staff member working on this. I saw someone mention on here how by 2020 this website is gonna die & even if it's not because of Flash, it's because of how understaffed this website is.
Even then, it shouldn't take months to resolve one ticket-- yeah I get the whole 'uwu it's OnLy OnE tIcKeT' thing bc its not just one ticket but like. there should be priority over tickets that have been waiting to be answered or reviewed for months.
Or even a comment on someone's ticket basically stating how they're overloaded at the minute but will work on solving the issue,
It's common courtesy imo so not even doing that much, or Having an automated system in place so people know that they're not getting an answer for a while rather than leaving people in the dust.

JustSecretMe It's not just one ticket, I met quite a lot of people with the same issue, even it's same for me. Some of them waited for 2-3 months and still no answer. So the problem is that it's still not getting fixed. I get that we need to wait, but for how long?

ddy You have to realize that there are only so many people in a headquarters. While they could be utilizing better management techniques, this game has run for ten years, and it can see another ten years if maintained. Let the staff handle it guys.

Leave Me Alone Carrie or whatever your name is its been a year ive been waiting if you were in my situation you would be frustrated and yes i still play this game but i havent given up and also yes i do not like their services but i still like and play this game because i have only one good friend i play and talk too.
