I did an offer on Trial Pay. I didn't get 200 gems from a survey I had completed. I refreshed and all but didn't get my gems. I'm quite frustrated. Please help, I'm trying to avoid sending them mail, I just want my 200 gems.

If you have chrome in your computer or laptop u can get a lot of gems :):)
So u need to install hola app from the chrome to you pr computer then login to your ourworld account , click on free gems then jungroup (up at the right) , so then open it ,it will work with you ( open more than one time and you'll know what to do then ) -
l Chunky l They won't give you your gems unless you file a complaint with them because apparently they can't keep track of what advertisements they're putting on their website. It happened to me too, and they basically owe me about 520 gems from the surveys I did on SponserPay that I never received.

Irisiolite my sister and I stopped the surveys-often we did not qualify and when we did rarely got paid or not paid the full amount.
we just watch videos and August there have been very few :/ occasionally we do not always get gems---know what videos do not pay and skip those- check back to see if it works later....
most often 5 times without pay we skip
.my problem is watching the videos they glitch and close /open repeatedly. some still pay or say I earned gems but I cannot claim
my sister does not have the problem -
