gem offers wont work!

by this point idk what to do . so i cant go gem hunting because its say "were all out offers try again later" and it has been 4 days already and its giving me the same message. i googled it and nothing seems to work i also installed things but its doesnt work either. someone plsss contact me

Okay, there is a reason to submit a help ticket. Although I am not really one to do Gem Offers, I have had this happen before and this is why I choose NOT to do them.

You can easily submit a help ticket by scrolling to the top corner of this page and select "Submit a request". Usually OurWorld Support gets back to you within 24-48 hours depending how heavy internet traffic and how many requests they have.

Hello. The last two months or so I have been having problems with some of the gem videos. I'll watch a gem video or complete a survey, which will say that I have earned the gems, but it never works and I no longer earn the gems that your videos/offers promise. I would like this problem to be solved ASAP.

I'm sorry, but you can't just expect someone, especially a tourist, to just give you a gift whenever you want one. Knowing from actually being a tourist, it takes a LOT of time and effort to just earn a few gems, let alone give them to someone else.
