I did a offer for a 100 gems. The offer was to get too level 5 in this game called "Island experiment," on Trialpay. I have been playing this game for about 5 hours and 43 minutes just to get too level 5. After I finally reached level 5, I waited for my gems to transfer to my account. Have not recieved my gems at all! Very unhappy that I did not recieve gems after 5 hours and 43 minutes of playing. I think many people can relate to me. Is there a way I can get the gems that were supposed to be given to me?

Officer Joy Hey! I did that offer too and the gems just took a while. If you go on your facebook back to the game and screenshot that you made it to level 5, you can report is on trial pay if you don't get them. I hope this helps! Btw- It took me sooo long to! I feel your pain!

Kaneki I remember doing an offer for a good amount of gems. After not getting them the day of doing the offer I decided they weren't coming. But after about 2 weeks they finally came.
Maybe you just have to wait a while? -
Jaggid Kid, it really isn't that hard to get to level 5. It takes 10 minutes. The offer had nothing to do with it.
