Okay so I would like to become a volunteer, I have recieved the email saying congrats you turned 13 (which was a couple years ago) and I am lvl 62 but when I click become a volunteer is says 'sorry you don't meet the requirements to become a volunteer" Can someone please help me :(

Crazy411 There is a third requirement that you must fulfill in order to apply and that is to be a current resident/Zoe's club member or to have been one in the past.

1) In the game, click on Settings/Upgrade at the top right, then click on Help.
2) Click on the little question mark at the bottom and you'll see information on how to become a Volunteer.
3) If you qualify, you'll see a "Become a Volunteer" button at the bottom. Click that.
4) Log back in in a few hours and if you see a smiley face at the bottom right, you're a Volunteer!
Note: If you have any questions about your qualifications to become a Volunteer, open a ticket or email support@ourworld.com.

1) Must Be 13 Or Older
2) Higher Than Level 43
3) Must Be A Current Resident Or Have Been A Rez In The Past

stench I'm level 64, older than 13, and a former resident but I can't seem to be a volunteer. It doesn't go through when I click the button.
