  just apply to be one
  1.Go to help
  2.next to send there's a question mark
  3.click on it and 'ta-dah'

  you must be level 40 + and 13 year old
  that's pretty much it

  to become a volunteer you have to meet certain requirements. they are:
  -be at least 13+
  -be or have been a res.
