i need 85 flows to level up,do i have to get them all in one shot? or can i get 20 today,30 tomorro,and 35 on sunday,and whenever i reach my 85 then i level up?

As for your question though, you can earn flow at whatever pace you want and use them whenever you want.
Mada288 was just giving you a tip for some free flow. By saying "test-mode 42" followed by "cryptobiologist" you'll earn 5 flow, this will increase the more days you do it in a row.
