Whenever i try to login into my first original account, "No Doubt," (Lvl 103, started in 2010) it comes back with an error, saying that there is no existing information in the database/invalid login, and blah blah. My account DOES show up whenever i click on the gifts i sent to my noobs on that acc, but WILL NOT show up in the search bar. I had to restart from square 1. I have items on No Doubt that seems almost impossible to get back. If you can not get my account back, i would appericate it if you could at least transfer the items on the account to my current one. (Blood Drive.) Thank you.

Midnight Flare one of my friends told me that if you haven't gone on an account for a long time that account automatically deletes after one month

Accounts do not automatically delete after one month. Instead, it gives you a free flow battery and 10 gems as a come-back gift. OurWorld doesn't delete accounts unless your absence is a long period of time. I hope this helps!

larena same thing happened to my old accounts, i have items on there that are really worth a lot (rip) that i wanted to get back. like, the account is on my friends list but when i try to search her up it says that she doesnt exist ...
