i logged onto my account today and at first i had all my stuff then when i logged out and logged back on after 4 hours or so and all my stuff was missing i had 250 to 300 gem worth stuff and i am pissed because of it and i dont know how to get ahold of the staff members to see if theyll help me out because i want my stuff back and i never gave anypart of my info out so i dont know how anyone could get onto my account

Some Anime Name My friend recently got hacked to and lost EVERYTHING and he had slinger and such, No clue by who. He got off the next day hes hacked no friends no items no nothing. I keep getting disconnected like crazy like if someone was trying to get on my account and is constantly refreshing.

I Harley I You probably should make your password more secure so people can't hack you. Hacking is a constant thing in virtual games, and social media. It is hard to determine whether someone is lying about being hacked or not. You must provide substantial evidence that you were hacked. Unfortunately I don't believe that you are able to have your items returned. There is not much that you can do.

MACHAN me too got hacked. the same happened to me , like twentypiots said keeps disconnecting frequently and yesterday all is gone and even when i am online my stuffs where listed to marketplace and traded. this is embarrassing and frustrating. now more frustrating that the ow team got nothing to do in this matter . i complained , uploaded the avatars dress-up which is already saved and the hacker added two girls and when i talk to that girl she told her friend did this , i have no idea if that is or not . the hacker tried to change my mail id , i have screenshot that too and send to ow team . but i dont think there will be any help from ow team . they r just helpless in this matter. Only loss is for the one got hacked and ow team get more cash as they will buy gems again,simple logic .now i think the hacked people need to learn how to hack and hack others , NO one is gonna do anything to u . ow team is just puppet.

spare Do not share your account info with anyone. Try making a ticket, explain your situation, and see if there is any way you can get your items back. The only people who are able to help with that are the ones in charge of the site. And luckily for you, they do have a gem, coin, and item replacement service. Sorry to hear you were hacked though. It's easier to not trust anyone on the internet sometimes. I hope I helped.:)

Mister Stranger Please make a ticket and include your old emails and your previous purchases if available , also make sure to send them screen shots of the Transaction ID's. and such.

Symbol its certain ur account isnt hacked bro cuz normally people if hack they try to change pass or something plus to get ur stuff they need to verify ur account on their computer so either u gave ur id to someone or u are making this up for getting the stuff
