I've always used the same computer to play on my account, but now it says randomly that it doesn't recognize this computer and u need to verify it by email. Well the email i started with got deleted so i put in my new one and have to verify that one first, of course. I just hope that works and then the verifying the computer works! Right now i cant trade or sell items! Why is it asking to verify this computer?

Fuggup Im not quite sure exactly why this would happen but being that you set up a new email and linked it to your account, you'll just have to wait out the 48 hours to receive that email in your inbox and you should be good. Maybe ourWorld saw strange activity on your account and just wanted to keep it safe! Keep all passwords to yourself!

Sarah976 For me its long time it does not work. I want ow to fix that problem because it recognized wrong . I still play with that computer. I dont know wat to do omg.

Oana8 i have my account from 2012 until now, and i play on the same laptop... but they say they don't reconise this computer and to verify with email... and there is a question about my favourite movie... BUT I CAN'T REMEMBER WHAT WAS THE ANSWEAR, and now i can't play sell or buy anything...

NUT3LLA I am also having this same problem! I've been playing on this laptop for several years and there's never been an issue before. I clicked on the 'verify' button so it would send an email, but it has been a week and I haven't received anything.

i wa sewa dude I've been tryna get my account verified since June i sent in multiple tickets since june proally one each day lol but ow did nothing i left the game so freakin over it. Now that they have gotten there new app or whatever the problem is still the same OW PLS FIX THIS!!!
