Helheim You aren't allowed to call a player out here, and we can't really help you. Send a ticket by clicking up in the right hand corner, or send an email to support@ourworld.com. That's your best bet, and I hope you get your Cheek Marks back.

The ourWorld staff does not have the ability to track down and verify arrangements made outside of the established Marketplace trading system.
Players who choose to make deals or trades outside of the ourWorld trading system do so at their own risk. We cannot and do not enforce any deals between players that do not use the established systems of the game. This includes:
Lending Items: No player is under any obligation to return any item they have been traded, sold, or gifted.
Reciprocal Trades: No player is under any obligation to conduct another trade, sale, or gift in exchange for a previous trade, trade, or gift.
Trades for non-trade-able items: No player is under any obligation to provide Gems or access to ourWorld accounts following a trade, sale, or gift. Note: Sharing, trading, and selling ourWorld accounts is a violation of the ourWorld Terms of Use.
If we have solid evidence that a player has offered a trade or deal that they could not or did not intend to follow through with, we consider that fraud and may take action against the player in question. Under no circumstances can we reimburse a player who gives a gifts, trades or sells items on the Marketplace, no matter the reason.Kalya

Do not impersonate an ourWorld Moderator/FlowPlay Staff member, either by talking as if you're part of the company or copying/pasting their protocol and slapping your name on it as if you're a FlowPlay Staff member.
Examining your own comments on other posts, your grammar in your FlowPlay-style comment here does not follow suit, meaning you just copied and pasted protocol, then just replaced a FlowPlay Staff's name with yours.
Also, if you are a FlowPlay member, which you are not, and evidence shows, then your picture wouldn't be of someone else's ourWorld outfit provided by Google Images.

Keroppi Totoro Just submit a request to ourworld they will see your message. in 24 hours they do work fast. or call customer service directly they have a toll free number online.

PeeJay If you got scammed, that's your fault. Ourworld can't do anything about that unless it's really serious. You should ask 2 or more people you know and trust about trades and if you're not sure about something don't do it. Never accept a trade if someone pressures you to accept, you end up making bad decisions.
