  To lock your condo:

  Settings --> User Settings --> Communication --> Who can enter my condo --> Nobody

  That will lock your condo!

  further more of ourworld you shall go to the scroll under settings and click settings you will now be further more on a white page now you need to scroll down a bit and there will be options of can send stuff to me, see my profile, visit my condo etc.
