Well Some people wonder that why can't they gift, when they try to gift it says "sorry you need to buy gems coupon codes doesn't count" well first of all if you want to gift with earned gems you need to be on level 24+ or if you're below level 24 you will have to buy _ _gems

Wylde Official comment Players may give gifts to each other in a few different ways. All ourWorld gifts cost Gems.
Profile Gifts - Clicking on Gifts from any player's profile or mini profile will reveal the gift button (looks like a present!). Click it to display the Gift list. These gifts are relatively inexpensive and are added to the player's Profile Gift List.
Clothing Gifts - From the Gift list, there is a link at the top that says Go To Shop. Click it to purchase nearly any clothing or accessory item available in ourWorld.
Condo Gifts - Click Condo Gift (in the upper left of any other player's Condo) The Condo Gift list includes novelty items that can be placed in another player's Condo.
Furniture Gifts - From the Condo Gift list, click Give Other Furniture to... in order to open the full furniture list.
Note: In order to give gifts, a player must first unlock the gifting feature for his or her account. Gifting is unlocked at level 25, when a player becomes a Resident, or when Gems are purchased in any manner.

Pusheen You can gift after you're at least level 25. That's all. You can get gems however you wish, you just needa be level 25 now, unless you are not a resident, I think if a resident has a lot of alts (or he is a zoe member) he can gift himself and other people at a lower level, with all these updates stuff changed, in the good old times people were able to really gift at any level. :)
