Starting in August, ourWorld has added an extra level of security for higher-level, Resident, and Zoe's Club members. The Anti-Theft question will prevent anyone logging into your account from a strange IP address or device from making transactions with your account. Just like the name says, it literally stops theft.
It only works if you set it up and you keep the answer completely secure.

Contact support. Provided we can identify you as the original owner of the account, we can clear the security question for you. We knew some players would have problems of this sort.

Players don't just "get hacked". You have to provide your login information to another player first. You have to then allow them to reset your security Email or you have to have given them access to your security Email. Maybe you just gave all that information to them. Maybe they guessed it. Maybe you went to a website claiming to add items or Gems to your account if you just enter your login info. Maybe you went to a shady website and picked up malwear that transmits all the information from your computer to somebody else (if this has happened, you've got bigger problems than ourWorld, and I do sympathize in these rare cases.)
All it takes is the most basic precautions that all players should take with all of their online accounts to prevent "hacking". Since players haven't been taking those precautions, and we understand that a lot of ourWorld players are younger and haven't learned this stuff the hard way yet, we've added additional security in the form of the Anti-Theft Q&A.
The Anti-Theft Question almost entirely prevents items from being stolen, but it only works if you set it up, and it only works if you haven't already allowed players to verify their IP address for your account.

hmm Wylde, i think if someone gets 'hacked' and dont know the support, and he come's in this help support and say that he forgot what his answer was and what was not and he want to clear, how u will know that he is right or wrong ?
