How to get lots flow with just words!!

You wanna go to were you text
Then you wanna type in test-mode 42
Make sure you put a space between mode and 42
You wanna type in cryptobiologist. Long word right!!
Finally you get like 10 to 50 flow! But the more days you get on you get more flow,and day 7 you get 160 flow!!! Awesome right?!!?

Well,it works but the filters change it. You can use your flow shovel.
