Option delete account, and can reactivate within 90 days, if not played activate the account within 90 days he permanently deleted, I am very account that does not use would be cool can delete them

  The reason OW doesn't do this, even with the reactivate within 90 days policy, is because a hacker could delete someone's account. Even with the policy, the hacker could change the player's password so that the player couldn't get on the account to reactivate it. It would be a nice feature for unused accounts, but for that reason this feature probably wont be added to OW.
