Exhibit A I'm afraid I have to disagree. Here are a few reasons why:
This would not be appropriate for players who are under-aged
Where you can 'have them', I'm pretty sure is a hospital, and I think oW would have to make a whole new island to make room for it
I am sure the new Space Babies box is more than enough to cover the first part of your request
Having them talk back would mean automated speech, which means lots and lots of work for the developers (as far as I can guess)

OTAKUxREI In order to have a child the characters would not have to participate in inappropriate actions. Both characters could agree on having a child and it could given to one of the characters by a stork.
I'm sure talking back would be an issue but it's not really a necessity .

iAlyssa I love the idea, but i agree with Riddle. Its way to much work for ourworld to do. You can adopt, which is a good thing that they let us do. Also as Riddle said the space babys do cover most of it.
It Probably would be ok if the actions in order to have the baby were not included.

RFDD SAM I agree with Riddle here. This would be a pain in the ass for developers and there is a adaption system now, which covers most part of your request.
