Why won't any store load?

I've been trying to shop in our world but the stores don't load at all , yes I am connected to wifi , I tried deleting and downloading but it didn't work . What do I do? I use an iPad .

  ohh basically that happens to me too

   

  Ourworld hasn't updated the ipad version so it's stuck at the time the atlantic box came out

   

  you can only shop for things that aren't limited/rare by using an ipad.

  some people use their ow in laptops and computers to go shopping in store or looking for the new items in store in ow
