Is it suppose to take a while to become a resident after buying a resident card?

I bought a 1 month resident card and it hasn't came.

  You should try calling Flow Play, they make the process easier by calling them I also have submitted a few requests from other accounts here and there and they don't help me much here at all. Which is why I prefer to call: 1-877-356-9752. I also plan to call for an issue of mine that I have. Don't know if there open on weekends or not.
