I am earning gems but the total gems aquired by crew elevator is the same number and don't change even if i earned gems but i have 4 green stars but i don't know how to icrease them to be 5 stars?!!! please help!

the total amount of Gems in the Elevator, whether it be your Friend Elevator or Crew Elevator, do not update in real-time. It will take a little bit of time for both your stars and the Gem count to increase. I've heard you have to earn or buy about 500 or 600 Gems but I found that to be false, as I've earned about 100 once and I had 5 stars. Like I said, they do not update in real-time, so you must be patient until they are updated.
