I don't get on OurWorld much, so I tend to miss big updates. I noticed a, 'Get Married' thing. My question is, how exactly do I get married? I'm guessing you have to be at a high level?

I don't believe you need to be a high level (from what I know, correct me if I'm wrong), but you do need a good amount of Gems. On a players profile, you should see a button that says "Send Proposal", which means that you will have a selection of rings (the lowest ring costs 100 Gems from my remembrance) to choose from to propose to the player. If the player that you proposed to chooses to accept, they also have to send a ring and then you and the other player will be married and given a family boost, varying on the level of the spouse and the children that are later on adopted.

WaImart I got married once and both players have to get each other a ring and you can select up to 3 rings.
Girls' wedding rings:
Duchess wedding ring: 100 gems Princess wedding ring: 200 gems Queen wedding ring: 300 gems
Boys' wedding rings:
Duke wedding ring: 100 gems Prince wedding ring: 200 gems King wedding ring: 300 gems
Click send proposal and the other player will get a message with a wedding ring saying they proposed to you. If you accept the other person can plan a wedding party. I really don't know if you have to be a zoe's or a resident to plan a wedding in events because I was a zoe's and you get an option of planning a wedding at a chapel if you'd like to. Basically what xDovah said was enough.
