when ever I login to facebook nothing happens.

violettaxemoness Same thing is happening to me. Even when, I cleared my history and cache, it still wouldn't connect. The box would come up, I would put in my info, click log in, and nothing happened. It's really frustrating. I've been connected to Facebook for months and then I come on one afternoon and see that it's not connected, even when it was connected the day before. Now I can't connect at all. Please help!

xo Sweetness ox I am having the same problem and when I click on help, the person whispers me that it's being worked on. For this long? Ever since the new update, I haven't been able to connect. I'm missing out on weekly gems. Very frustrating

Cupcake 0316 I was having the same problem until I found the link you need to click on to connect. If you click on your level, you will see a link that says Connect Now! (for a Facebook Boost). I'm not sure why they changed it and didn't tell anybody. Hope this works for you.

Silica Sometimes it does that when theres updates.. Okay scratch that alot o_o . But some other reasons is because you're under 13 and they automatically disconnect you. But if its the update then it should be fixed soon. Donut worry. Mine is all fixed now though

You'll Have To Go To The Actual Home Page And Log In Then Go To Settings >>> Facebook Settings>>>Then It Should Say Link To Facebook
Once You've Done That Then Go To Facebook And Try It

This happened to me once... I fixed it, but you have to go on Facebook and delete your Ourworld app, go back to Ourworld connect to your Facebook account and that just might do the trick.
At least from what I know this is if your account on Facebook is connected to a new account. Don't go on Facebook and go on Ourworld without connecting to it first.

CompIiment It could be that your Facebook account is connected to a different account. If so, then go on Ourworld first, then connect to it, in Settings.

monish53 yeah i go to facebook and play ourworld it creates a new character and i cant signout i know in main ourworld in sharing i dont get facebook connect pls help me i want to connect facebook to earn gems

Tact Guys, try playing through facebook and then closing that window and log in normally you would get the boost. ;D
