I sign in and the "on your way" screen comes up, but it never loads.

Same here. When it actually goes into the game it doesn't load any of my info. It shows me as being level 1 as if everything on my account was reset. Avatars(not even my own) are not visible, but the background is. When I don't try to sign in for about 30minutes and come back it sometimes works again.

That sometimes happens to me too. But just don't go on ourworld for a while and it should be back to normal :/

Try getting another browser to play OW on..
