  You can't make a baby on OurWorld. Your options are to adopt a friend (you need to be level 100 to do that) or buy a Star Baby from the marketplace.Star babies are like pets (as weird as it sounds), they just stay with you whenever you go and do nothing. They don't grow up or talk or anything, so it's not like a real baby. I hope this helps you :)
