I clicked on my friend's profile to send a letter but the computer wouldn't let me. It said I had to 'change my communication setts. I really don't know how to change them,but I would REALLY like to send a letter to my friend. How do I change my communication setts. Please help.

Click on upgrade account then find user settings, it should be in there but I have a problem some of mine are grey I don't know how to change them if they're grey can you please help me?
@Caity405, If they are grey, it means you're under 13 years old. In which case, you should ask your parents to change your communication settings.
