I watch youtube videos do surveys submit emails and I'm no longer getting the gems

thatoneguy probably one of the following reasons
you've already done it and you can't do it more than once (OW remembers your IP adress, so u cant watch video with more than one character)
you're doing it wrong, maybe you dont watch the video until 25 seconds have passed, some surveys may require your full cooperation, so if u miss just one step, u won't get gems

xxxSayaxxx well i complete the surveys completley and i still dont get my gems... the videos are working for me though

iKing Leo I have done multiple mobile surveys , and I never got a PIN #. No gems either...

Pikachu XD Maybe you you didn't do the offers right. The surveys you might have missed out some parts.The videos,You might have already done them. Maybe in a few days it will work.Thats happened to me before.

Pikachu XD Some surveys are just lies.Some of them wont give you gems,If they dont try it again.

Luna la Luna Here's a theory: Ow is trying to cheat you so you have to do twice as many offers to get the amount of gems it would have taken you only half as many offers.
Does that make sense?

I T3DDY I Maybe your not completing the surveys or videos . Also some surveys don't work so watch out for those . But heres a tip when you watch a video watch about 30 seconds of then continue you will get your gems. When you do a survey spend about at least 5 minutes on the survey .

Lilly855678 I once watched a ton of videos (all of the ones available) and I counted it up. Right now I should have almost 50 gems but I have 30. I agree that ourWorld is probably just faking all of this. Whatever, there's a reason I stopped paying for resident.

Lisa StormHeart It is hard to explain but I'll say it the easy way: OurWorld cannot award the gems until they get a signal from the website that signifies that the player has done the WHOLE offer including watching the WHOLE video. If you feel that you have done this please note that OurWorld has NO DIRECT CONTROLL OVER THE WEBSITE RUNNIG THE OFFER. Therefore OurWorld sometimes might not get the signal and, unfortunately, you do not receive your gems. Also try to stay away from downloading offers or offers that require personal info or visiting a website,** because it might be a**** scam.**

I AM LARREH I guess that it exactly why I don't get gems after watching how many videos, I guess. But probably you could try tomorrow. I watched a lot today so I'm trying tomorrow. Hope it works for me though, and do not try the phone thing. Yeah you get tons of gems but I just worry about my personal info being stolen by computer hackers. We do not know who works there in ourWorld.

Star Night My videos don't work. I click one and it says that there's a '' problem'' IT'S SO ANNOYING. It never shows more than 2 vid's when I click 'Earn Gems' and it's pissing me off....

WaImart Well, it's common for it not to work but if you find a group called JunGroup on the Earn Gems free page then that might work, I use it too and it works for me. Surveys won't really help though.

adil shaik Players who watch videos and never (or seldom) receive Gems for them may have their browser Privacy settings set too high. Luckily, it's easy to change your settings so you can enjoy Gems from the ourWorld, downWorld, and Vegas World video offers.
Internet Explorer
Click the Tools icon in the upper right (looks like a gear) or type (Alt-X)
Select "Internet Options"
Select the "Privacy" Tab
Set the Settings to Medium or "Accept All Cookies".Chrome
Click the "Customize and Control Google Chrome" button in the upper-right of the screen. (Looks like three horizontal lines.)
Select "Settings"
At the bottom of the list, click "Show Advanced Settings"
Under the Privacy header, click "Content Settings"
Under the Cookies header, make sure the "Block Third Party Cookies and Site Data" box is UNCHECKED. If it is checked, videos will not award Gems.Firefox
Click the Firefox tap in the upper-right of the screen.
Select "Options" from the drop-down menu.
Select "Options" (again) from the next menu.
Select the Privacy Tab
Under the "History: Firefox will:" dropdown menu, select "Use Custom Settings for History"
Make sure "Accept Third Party Cookies" is checked. If it is unchecked, you will not be able to earn Gems from videos. -
