I dont know what to do. Its long time it says that ourworld recognized that i play on another computer but i still play with same computer. So it says me to verify my computer. I sent verification to my email and tried to answer secret question. But it says its incorrect so long time i cant fix this problem. What should i do? Please help

  this happened to me once you have to ask ow to reset your secret password then you will get an email asking you to select your new secret password
