My account (Performance) got banned and I don't know how to get it back.If I did something wrong then i'd be calm with it being banned ... but I did nothing wrong. Apparently someone bought gems then asked for a refund and then their account got banned for asking for a refund but somehow that account is linked to mine. The fact I don't even own a credit card and my parents wouldn't even let me spend money for a game shows that it's not my account. Zoe told me the username of that account and ive never heard/spoke to that person ever. I legit did nothing wrong and my account is banned meaning i can't talk to my friends,emale people,make events, emale my crew,change my crew's bio,change my bio ....
How do I prove I'm innocent? I did nothing wrong and it's just sad because I started playing ourworld in 2014 and i've carrried on playing it and i've tried so hard to get all the items I have right now ... i flow farmed,traded and spent ages on jungroup and other gem offers trying to earn gems. It's just so unfair that I wasted so long and now ourworld just banned my account. I've never spent real money on this game and if I ever will then i'd spend it on my account, not just random account.Please help me and tell me how to get my account back to normal
